A Lesson from Robert Kiyosaki
"My rich dad taught me that one of the most powerful words in the world of business is 'network'. He said, 'The richest people in the world look for and build networks, everyone one else looks for work. You can have the greatest idea or product, but it will only be successful if you have a network to tell people about it and a network of distribution to sell it through.'"
That was what Robert Kiyosaki said. He is my mentor and author of New York Times Best Seller Rich Dad Poor Dad.
Today, I am going to share one of Robert's key secrets. In his second book of the Rich Dad series, Robert introduced the idea of Rich Dad's CASHFLOW Quadrant. These 4 Quadrants show how people make their money:
On the Left-most side of the quadrant, E represent the employee and S stands for self-employed or small business owner. Traditional schools train you for this side of the Quadrant, where you learn how to work hard for money. This group of people in this Quadrant constitute 90% of the world population BUT they only make 10% of the world's wealth.
On the Right-most side of the quadrant, B represents the business owner and I stands for investor. Non-traditional Business schools or books and games like what Robert Kiyosaki offer, train you for this side of the Quadrant where your business and money work hard for you. Sadly, this group of people in this Quadrant constitute only 10% of the world population. They, however, make 90% of the world's wealth!
Why is that so?
Because on the left-side of the Quadrant, employees and self-employed are individuals earning money on their own. Hence, income potential is finite as it is limited to your own ability and your personal time. There are only so many hours a day.
However, on the right-side of the Quadrant, business owners and investors operate as a team, forming their own networks of success! Thus, their income potential is infinite given that it is based on other people's time and other people's money working for you.
To be a Success, follow the Successful
Successful business people belonging to the right-side of the Quadrant believe that time, money and the lifestyle you want is absolutely attainable. And the only 2 things you need is to have a TEAM and a proven success SYSTEM to ride on.
Ask yourselves: Can I stop working now? OR Can I ever stop working? If you belong to the left-side of the Quadrant, you definitely can't! Because once you stop working, no income will come in.
But if you built a team and is riding on a success system, you definitely can.
The next question to ask would be how? My question to you is Are you ready for the answer? Everybody wants to know 'how' but only a few are ready to take action after knowing 'how'. That is why 90% of the world are still stuck on the left-side of the Quadrant.
The other 10% sees a great potential, seizes the opportunity by taking immediate massive action which in turn rewards them with super results that strengthens their belief and certainty in what they do. This cycle of success repeats for these people thus giving them continual financial success.
