As we close out another successful year, I
want to congratulate everyone involved in building this Neways business.
We're seeing growth all around the world, led by Australia, Japan, and
Europe. I'm grateful for everyone's hard work.
We all know that growth comes when belief is
high. Belief is born from trust, providing the confidence needed to
share our unique business opportunity. As we attract more and more
people to our business, we ensure they stay with us longer by
maintaining integrity through the recruiting and early training process.
Growth with integrity is vital, as these complementary forces play off
each other to create a greater whole—in our case, long-term sustained
success.
In order to expand and grow, we need to
continually generate heat, passion, and energy around our story and
mission. We do this by sharing and reinforcing our message with many
people, giving them chances to experience our life-changing products and
business opportunity. We all know that this business is most fun and
rewarding when lots of new people are joining with us. When people can
see that we're riding a wave of excitement and growth, they're much more
likely to jump on board with us.
At the same time, we must uphold our
integrity. People can sense when we're being authentic, open, honest,
and transparent in the way we do business. We need to simply talk about
our unique 25-year history of pioneering exclusive, safety-conscious
products and offering the world's most lucrative home-business
opportunity. Our story is strong enough to stand on its own—we don't
need to exaggerate or overpromise. A company's credibility can be
fragile, and we need to do everything possible to enhance our image and
build our reputation on solid values.
So let's keep moving this work forward with
urgency while maintaining our integrity. We need to demonstrate a
winning proposition to people, with real momemtum and rock-solid ethics.
These two values work together to forge a strong, successful future.
Thanks for all you do. We wish you a safe and
happy holiday season with your families. I'm looking forward to
continued success in 2013.
